These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Star Game website at sentosatower.com, the merchant console, the sandbox and production game services and the related APIs (together, the "Services"), provided by Star Game ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you accept these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
1. Accounts
The Services are intended for businesses that operate social, voice-chat or similar apps ("operators"). You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, for the members you invite and their roles, and for keeping passwords, signing secrets and other credentials confidential.
2. The Services
After registration you receive access to a sandbox environment for integration and testing. Access to the production environment is granted after a review and may depend on commercial terms agreed with you.
We may improve, change or retire games and features. Where a change materially reduces the Services you use in production, we will try to give reasonable notice.
3. Virtual coins
Games run on virtual coins that are held and managed in the operator's own wallet. Star Game does not sell coins to players and does not hold player balances.
Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money through Star Game. Demo games on our website use virtual demo coins only.
4. Operator responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your app and its users, including compliance with the laws, regulations and app-store rules that apply in every market where you make the games available, such as age requirements, consumer protection and content rules, and any licences or approvals.
You must not make the games available where doing so would be unlawful, and you must handle player support, refunds and disputes relating to your app and your virtual coins.
5. Fees and prepaid balance
Production use is charged against a prepaid balance in US dollars, according to the commercial terms shown for your account in the console. Sandbox use is not charged.
Top-ups are credited once confirmed. If your balance remains at or below zero after the grace period shown in the console, production access may be suspended until the balance is restored. Fees are exclusive of any taxes, bank charges or transfer costs, which are your responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other operators, reverse engineering the games or the platform except where permitted by law, running security tests without our written permission, or using the Services to distribute unlawful content.
7. Intellectual property
The games, artwork, software and documentation remain the property of Star Game or its licensors. While your account is in good standing we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make the games available inside your app through the Services.
You keep all rights in your app, your brand and your data. You allow us to show your company name as an operator only with your prior consent.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process player information on your behalf, we do so only to provide the Services and according to your instructions.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other operators. Unused prepaid balance at termination is handled according to the commercial terms agreed with you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
